Just one last thing before I leave this topic and start on something new for a while.
I remember, a long time ago, when I was studying for my GCSE’s, I had a friend who developed these incredibly detailed and designed revision timetables. They were brilliant, colour coded, well laid out, well planed. The problem was he would take so long doing the time table that he didn’t have much time left to actually do the revision!
If you get too carried away developing a process to be organised and efficient you will never get anything done, as you will spend all your time organising it!
It is better to get going and be a bit messy than it is take forever getting everything “just so”.
When you are planning and prepping like this it is often a stalling strategy, you are putting things off by planning to do them.
In this case you need to do a spot of soul searching and ask yourself why you are putting it off!
As Nike say “Just Do It!”
